Shipping Services

  • Free Shipping Nationwide: We provide FREE delivery anywhere in South Africa on all orders — no minimum spend required.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Available only in Cape Town. Customers within Cape Town can pay for their order upon delivery.

Transit, Handling & Cut-Off Times

  • Transit Time:
    Delivery takes 1–2 working days (Monday to Friday) once the order has been dispatched.

  • Handling Time:
    Orders are processed and prepared for shipping within 3–4 working days (Monday to Friday).

  • Order Cut-Off Time:
    Orders placed after 5:00 PM (GMT+02:00, Johannesburg time) will be processed the next working day.

Cash on Delivery (Cape Town Only)

  • COD is available only for Cape Town-based customers.

Delivery Terms

  • All deliveries are made Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).

  • Customers will receive a tracking number once their order has been dispatched.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by courier companies, strikes, or unforeseen circumstances outside of our control.
