At Drip Sneakers, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We want you to love every purchase you make with us. However, if something isn’t quite right, we’ve made our return and refund process simple and transparent to give you peace of mind.
We accept returns under the following conditions:
Items must be returned within 7–14 days of receiving your order.
Products must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging, including tags, shoe boxes, and any accessories.
A proof of purchase such as a receipt or order confirmation email must be provided.
Please note that the following items are not eligible for returns:
Gift cards or vouchers
Sale or clearance items
Personal care products
To start a return, please follow these steps:
Contact our support team at shop@dripsneakers.co.za or call +27 69 969 0416.
Provide your order number, the reason for the return, and photos if the item is damaged or defective.
Once your request is approved, we will send you detailed return instructions.
Securely package the item and send it back using a reliable courier service.
Important:
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our side (such as receiving the wrong or defective item).
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the status of your refund.
If approved:
Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days.
The amount will be returned to your original payment method (credit card, debit card, or EFT).
Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return was due to our mistake.
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please contact us before returning your order. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
We carefully inspect all products before they are shipped. However, if you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Send an email to shop@dripsneakers.co.za with photos of the issue, and we will:
Arrange a replacement at no additional cost, or
Provide a full refund.
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
Gift cards or vouchers
Sale or clearance products
Custom or personalized items
Products that show signs of wear, use, or damage after delivery
If you have not received your refund yet:
Check your bank account again.
Contact your credit card provider, as it may take some time before the refund is officially posted.
Contact your bank since processing times may vary.
